Please refer back to the blog of the day for 03/05/2005. Saturday, March 05, 2005 for your information, for more information.
Yesterdays state: Georgia.
Todays state: Tennessee.
Tomorrows state: South Carolina.
Governor - Bredesen (D) is up again in 2006.
Senate - The seat of Senior Senator Bill Frist (R) is up again in 2006, but while the seat of Junior Senator Lamar Alexander (R) is not up again until 2008. Frist is currently bowing out of the Us Senate as expected to run for President in 2008 and because of a two term term limit pledge presumeably i believe or think, and this seat on both sides of the aisle, D and R, will be a hotly contested race matchup to watch in 2006, but should stay in GOP hands on the main General Election Day.
House - District 1 - Jenkins (R)
District 2 - Duncan (R)
District 3 - Wamp (R)
District 4 - Davis (D)
District 5 - Cooper (D)
District 6 - Gordon (D)
District 7 - Blackburn (R)
District 8 - Tanner (D)
District 9 - Ford (D)
