Governor - Ruth Ann Minner (D) is not up again until 2008.
Senate - Senior Senator Joseph Biden (D) is not up again until 2008, but while Junior Senator Thomas Carper (D) is up again indeed in 2006. No Senate Race in 2010 Cycle as from the 2004 Cycle.
House - AT-LARGE - Michael Castle (R).
