Alright, starting today, Our News88 site will transition back into the format I and my team of co-workers members intended this website to be for my IDOEEE News88 Team Members. We intended it to be a news, politics, and other types of media and information site but with almost anything and anyone covered on it any time. Today, to kick it off in the transition back to our real format, after days of doing other things unrelated and not related to this site, We are going to list to you all every leader and viceleader that has crossed through our apartment complex in Galesburg, IL, Usa's government of the three boards that run it since 1990. First, though, I must say that, in introduction, I and my 29 other co-worker members of News88 plus the extra 6 that will contribute from time to time for me on here, will contribute to this site are part of an administration that is entirely made up of 15 cabinet members and a leader and viceleader in an executive board, along with a legislative board that has 24 representatives and 12 senators that represent 24 districts and six locations of 2 senators each apiece or apiece each, and a judicial board of complex judges that overrule the Code Of Conduct to which our residents and staff must apply too and thatis made up of 6 judges and a 7th tiebreaker judge representing a high court, and 12 lower court judges with 2 at each location and a 3rd at each location representing a tiebreaker judge. Anyways, to kick us off, Im going to give a list of Leaders and ViceLeaders since the founding and beginning of our apartment complex in 1990 when the six locations was established and opened. 7. 2003-2004 ViceLeader Joyce D Watters Democratic 1940-???? (D'Arcy; Joyce D Watters succeeded John after his resignation halfway through the middle of the first term of the elected D'Arcy-Wolford democratic ticket first term on July 5, 2003. She chose not to seek the full term on the ticket in 2004's campaign and became with her exhusband Edward M Watters the campaign managers to their reelection team. Her and His oldest daughter of three daughters and only three children, Maria Charlene and Darlene, in this case Maria, became viceleader next. See next viceleader.)
8. 2004-presumeably 2006. Current ViceLeader Maria L Watters 1970-???? (D'Arcy; ran on the second term campaign ticket with D'Arcy-Watters and won reelection for D'Arcy to get a second full two year term in office. sworn in July 5, 2004. still is the current viceleader as we speak. is expected to marry before the term is up. She is an openly lesbian woman who is also bi. She and her lover lisa are marrying two gay guys, Dirk and Kirk, Maria to Dirk and Lisa to Kirk, on February 14, 2006. Maria is expected to take Dirk's last name Swanson. Lisa is expected to take Kirk's last name Johnson. Kirk Johnson is born in 1962. Dirk Swanson in 1965. Lisa Burke-Jones in 1967. And Maria L Watters in 1970.)

P.S. If you need any assistance about how our government works in any of the three branches, as well as the management of the apartment complexes that can overrule our government at times if and when they feel that the government didnt act responsibily, as well as the residents and staff of the complex, then just write any of the group leaders as listed above. P.S.S. There were no term limits until August 12, 2004, when Democratic Leader Jefferson D'Arcy passed a 24-0 House bill and a 12-0 unanimous Senate bill to overhaul the leadership and viceleadership and create a Treasurer position beginning in 2006s election to be elected by the will of thepeople and the voters. Both of those joint session bills also included a new two term limit on the leadership, and thus Jefferson M D'Arcy is now prohibited from serving any further thantwo terms and is expected to step down and retire from the leadership in 2006. ViceLeader Maria L Watters, next in line, is also retiring in 2006 with no intentions whatsoever as for herself not to seek the leadership in her own right. We will have an open seat Leader and ViceLeader race in 2006, in which we will give more at this News88 site later as events occur before our eyes.
